- Released in a matt gatefold sleeve with 'swirl' Vertigo inner bag.

[Sleeve
- "A Philips Records Product" is not printed at the bottom of the credits inside the gatefold, bottom right.

[Label 
- Vertigo "large swirl" label.
- "Ⓟ 1969" sits slightly to the right above "33 1/3", unlike other versions where it sits above, left justified as on release [r391466. 
- Also, there is a small gap between ℗ 1969 and 33⅓ on the Side B label where a larger gap exists on some labels, as on [r10156175.
- "A Philips Record Product" at six o'clock on Side B label. This was removed on later versions.

Tracks B1a to B1c appear on the label as ''Part 1'', "Part 2" & "Part 3" instead of ''Theme One", ''Theme Two" & ''Theme Three" as on sleeve.

Recorded Spring/Summer 1969.

A version was imported to France by Philips in limited quantity with a sticker on the front cover, as on [r391466.
