Uses identical stampers and both outer and inner sleeves as this UK release: 

Outer and inner sleeves were most likely imported, as it retains the Made and printed in Great Britain text on the bottom left of the back of the sleeve. Laminated outer sleeve with 4 die-cut corners on the inner sleeves. No 'CREST DESIGN (c) QUEEN PRODUCTIONS LTD 1975' written below the Queen crests on inner sleeve, indicating an early printing. 

Label variation. Letter "ncb" written to the bottom left of the boxed EMI logo. Stereo has been moved to the left of EMC 3061 in smaller font. Unauthorized reproduction warning is written in bigger text, 'Made in Denmark' written below. Followed by '33 1/3rd rpm'.
